The purpose of this study is to investigate influence of sport prticipation of elementary school children on emotion, self-regulation and adaption of school. The subjects are 548 elementary school children(boys: 276, girls: 272). The scales used in this study are sports participation as frequence, time, and exercise loads, emotion scale as positive and negative emotion, self-regulation which is composed cognitive, motivational and behavioral self-regulation, and adaption of school scale which is compose environment, teacher, learning, friend, and school life adaption. For analyzing data, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis are conducted. The result of the study showed first, boys show higher frequence, time, and exercise load of sports, positive emotion, learning and friend adaption of school than those of girls. The second, sports participation of children influence to increase their positive emotion, learning adaption and friend adaption of school.
The third, positive emotion of children influence to increase self-regulation and adaption of school but negative emotion decrease self-regulation and adaption of school.
