The concern of this study is to examine how the feedback-intensive program, one of the several
methods of leadership development is effectively applied to leadership development of the
entrepreneurs. The purpose of the study is to examine the principles and characteristics of the
feedback-intensive leadership programs, to propose important consequences and to help entrepreneurs
develop leadership for start-ups in the Korea. The main concern of study is an entrepreneurial
leadership development methodology, relationships between feedback and leadership development, and
MBTI, FIRO-B, 360 degree Feedback and Leadership coaching used as popular feedback centered
leadership programs in the United States. The study mainly used literature review about
feedback-intensive leadership program and studied the leadership program of the authoritative Center
for Creative Leadership in the United States. Consequently, we found that the feedback-intensive
program was an effective learning process for entrepreneurs, useful for executing creative leadership
through self-awareness, could be applied to various leadership development methods, and had
advantages as a practical program.
