본 연구는 가족응집력과 가족자원으로 구성된 가족통합자원, 발달장애아동의 사회적 능력, 어머 니의 양육스트레스 간의 구조적 관계와 그 영향력을 살펴보고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 만 3세부터 18세 이하의 지적장애나 자폐성 장애를 가진 발달장애아동의 어머니 276명이 분석대상 으로 선정되었다. 수집된 276명의 자료에 대해 기술통계, Pearson의 적률상관분석, 공분산구조분석 이 실행되었으며, 분석결과 발달장애아동 어머니의 양육스트레스는 가족통합자원과 아동의 사회적 능력이라는 두 변인에 의해 영향을 받고 있으며, 가족통합자원은 양육스트레스에 부적 영향력을, 사회적 능력에 정적 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 가족통합자원은 발달장애아동 어머니 의 양육스트레스에 직ㆍ간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 가족통합자원 중 가족자원이 가족응집 력보다 어머니의 양육스트레스에 더 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 가족통합자원을 활용하여 발달장애아동 어머니의 양육스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 대안들이 제시 되었다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relations of influences of family integrated resources, constructed with family resources and family cohesion, social ability of children with developmental disorder, mothers’parenting stresses. 276 mothers of developmental disorder children aged 3 to 18 were selected for the analysis. The selected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and Analysis of Covariance Structural Modeling. The research findings are as follows: the parenting stresses of mothers were influenced by both family integrated resources and children’s social ability. The analysis results showed that family integrated resources had negative influences on mothers’ parenting stresses, and positive one on children’s social ability. The family integrated resources had both direct and indirect effects on mothers’ parenting stresses, and family resources had larger influences on the stresses than family cohesion. With these conclusions, several alternatives emphasizing the family resources in diminishing mothers’ parenting stresses were suggested.
