The failure of previous educational reform policies on early childhood education resulted in the innovation school movement. These days, metropolitan and provincial offices of education specified and operated the innovation kindergarten. However, the basic research should be supported to identify its effects because it is still in an intial phase. In this research, therfore, we investigate the awareness and demand of teachers who are referred as a main stream of the innovation school movement. In the result of study, almost everybody agreed to the demand of innovation kindergarten. And about the overall problem concerning the educational curriculum, the operation of kindergarten, the classes, the teacher’s culture, study showed that they recognized it as an alternative in order to solve the problems. Also, it was possible to contact to not only a budget, a work or a leadership but also to concerns. The result of this study would be used for the fundamental information in setting the realistic proposal and the direction of operation in order for the operation in innovation kindergarten.
