The purpose of this study is inquiring factors such as awareness of business owner support
system, use of the employment service for the business, and satisfaction of the employment
of the person with disability affect to the achievement of the business that hire at least 1
person with disability and 50 employee for more than employment. For this, we did binary
logistic regression statistics analysis using 「2014 Survey on the employment conditions of
the disabled in the business sector」.
Result of study, In awareness of business owner support system, The support for
establishment of subsidiary companies and Levy exemption for employment connection are
influenced positive. The disabled employment becomes more help in positive influence to
achieve the obligatory employment ratio. Otherwise The more satisfied about disabled workers
were shown to have a negative impact. Disabled employment service support system disabled
employment disability to achieve the mandatory rate found to have a positive impact. Finally,
Businesses aware of the disabled employment subsidy support, telecommuting support system
of employment not rather to achieve positive influence on the disabled.
These findings are based on the corporate obligations for the handicapped disabled
employment in order to achieve disabled access policies for the expansion of firms status
and must be done throughout employment, whether or not achieve mandatory disabled
discrimination. And achieve mandatory disabled in companies that they need more positive
PR for corporate social responsibility for the suggestion.
