이 논문에서는 교대 입학생들을 대상으로 자신들이 경험한 입학 전형에 대한 인식을 살펴보고 자 하였으며 이와 함께, 향후 국가 정책으로 확대 실시 예정인 학생부종합전형에 대한 인식은 어 떠한 지에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2015학년도에 입학한 G교대 신입생들을 대상 으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석에 사용된 설문지는 365부이며 전반적 인식 파악을 위해 빈도분 석과 개방형 응답의 내용분석을 활용하였다. 주요 연구 내용으로는 현행 입학전형에서 대학이 자 체적으로 실시하고 있는 면접고사에 대한 인식, 입학전형과 선행학습 사교육 유발 요소에 대한 인 식 등을 살펴보았고, 학생부 종합전형에 대한 전반적 인식 실태와 도입 시 우선 고려해야 하는 요 소에 대한 인식은 어떠한지 등을 살펴보았다. 이를 토대로 향후 입학전형의 주요 유형으로 부각되 고 있는 학생부종합전형의 내실화 방안 모색을 위하여 몇 가지 제언을 하였다.
In this paper, I attempted to look at how teachers' college freshmen recognized about their admission system which they experienced and holistic admission system based on students' school records which is expected to expand in the future. For this, a survey was conducted to the freshmen who were admitted in G teachers' college 2015. 365 answer sheets were analyzed and frequency analysis and content analysis were adopted to review their overall recognition. Major research contents included their recognition of interviews which were developed by the college, current admission system and related aspects of private education dealing with early learning, holistic admission system based on students' school records, and critical aspects when holistic admission is adopted. Based on this, I proposed several suggestions in order to realize holistic admission system in the future.
