The purpose of this study was to survey and compare the perception of principals
on tasks to establish effective Inclusion Education policy through the evaluation of
principals about inclusion practice. The subjects were 397 administers of the public
kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, high school and were conducted by
questionnaire survey in K-province. The data were analyzed by Chi-square test.
The results of the study are as follows. First, Principals of kindergarten,
elementary, middle and high school had high level of satisfaction on inclusive
education through the education of Disability awareness, the communication and
collaboration between general education teacher in inclusive classroom and special
education teacher, operation of curriculum for all students including special needs
students, volunteering of special needs students within inside and outside the school.
Second, There were not significant differences between principals on perception for
the acceptable attitude toward students with disabilities. Critical findings of the survey
were discussed in terms of the inferred reasons, the implications and the suggestions
for the further development of the government policies on inclusive education were
presented.
