연구목적: 본 연구는 동화구연 교사교육 프로그램에 참여한 장애아전문 어린이집 교사들이 프로그램 참여 를 통해 어떠한 경험을 하였는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구를 위해 동화구연 교사교육 프로 그램이 구성되었으며, 6명의 장애아전문어린이집 교사가 참여하였다. 연구결과: 본 연구의 결과에 의하면, 장애아전문어린이집 교사들은 동화구연에 대한 두려움들을 가지고 있었는데, 동화구연에 대해 자신들이 가 지는 두려움과 어려움들을 해소하기 위해 프로그램 참여에 대한 기대를 가지고 있었다. 결론: 동화구연 교 사교육 프로그램에 참여한 교사들은 프로그램 참여를 통해 동화구연 활용에 대한 자신감과 긍정적 태도를 가질 수 있게 되었다고 하였으며, 실제적으로 자신들의 동화구연 적용 기법에 대한 능력이 향상되었다고 하였다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine what the teachers at child care center for young children with special needs experienced through the participation in the storytelling teacher program. Method: For this study, the storytelling teacher training was constructed, and six teachers were included in this study as participants. Results: As a result of this study, the teachers had fears on storytelling, and they had expectations on participating in the program to get rid of their fears as well. They mentioned that they could get self-esteems and positive attitudes on utilization of storytelling after participating the teacher training. Also, their skills on ways of applying storytelling were improved in practice. Conclusion: According to the result, the discussions were suggested.
