본 연구의 목적은 CIPP 평가모형을 기반으로 한 대학의 생애단계별 교수개발 프로그램의 평가 도구 를 개발하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 통해 평가영역 및 평가문항을 선정하였고, 이에 대한 타당도 검증을 위해 요인분석을 통한 구인타당도 검증, 2회에 걸친 전문가 5인의 내용타당도 검증 그리 고 평가문항의 신뢰도 검증하였다. 최종 선정된 문항은 CIPP 4개 영역, 11개 하위영역, 29개의 문항으로 개발되었다. 상황평가는 목표 및 필요성, 상황 및 환경적 여건파악, 요구분석의 3개 하위영역 7개의 평가문항, 투입평가는 목표달성 전략, 인적 자원, 물적 자원의 3개 하위영역 7개의 평가문항, 과정평가는 활동, 운영의 2개 하위영역 8개의 평 가문항, 산출평가는 효과성, 영향력, 만족도의 3개 하위영역 7개의 평가문항으로 구성되었다. 본 연구 결과 개발된 CIPP평가 모형에 기반 한 평가 도구는 다음과 같이 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 첫 째, 대학에서 운영하는 교수개발 프로그램의 구체적인 성과를 확인할 수 있다. 둘째, 대학에서 운영하는 교수개발 프로그램의 개선 및 수정을 통해 질적으로 우수한 교수개발프로그램을 제공할 수 있다. 셋째, 교수개발 프로그램의 지속적인 개선과 참여는 대학의 교육성과 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
The Purpose of this study was to develop evaluation instrument for a life stage-based faculty development program based on Stufflebeam’s CIPP evaluation model. To achieve the above goal, evaluation factors were drawn through a review of previous studies. Then, the factors were reviewed 2 times by 5 experts in education field, and tested construct validity through factor analysis and reliability analysis. Finally, the total of 29 questions in 11 sub-territory were developed, specifically the context evaluation included 7 questions in 3 sub-territory, the input evaluation included 7 questions in 3 sub-territory, the process evaluation included 8 questions in 2 sub-territory, the product evaluation included 7 questions in 3 sub-territory. The results of this study can be utilized to identify the concrete outputs of faculty development program for each college, and the university can provide superior program based on the improvement of the exist program, and also contribute the advancement of the result of university education.
