본 연구의 목적은 대학생 창의적 인성의 수준을 분석하여 대학생들의 창의적 인성을 향상 시키는 방안을 마련하는데 있어 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 4년제 대학의 재학 생을 대상으로 하주현(2001)의 창의적 인성 검사를 실시하였고, 총 538명의 응답지를 최종 분 석하였으며, 창의적 인성의 개인배경변인별 특성을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별 차 이에서는 인내/집착, 모험심, 자기확신, 호기심, 개방성, 상상에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고, 모두 남자가 여자보다 높았다. 둘째. 학년별로는 전체적으로는 1학년이 높았지만, 자 기확신은 4학년이 높았다. 셋째, 전공계열별로는 사범, 자연공학, 인문사회 계열의 순으로 창 의적 인성이 높게 나타났고, 사범계열의 경우 상상에서 높은 반면, 인내집착은 자연공학 계열 이 높게 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is to identify the level of creative personality by sub-factors of undergraduate students in Korea. To do so, creative personality inventory by Hah Ju Hyen(2001) was conducted for undergraduate students according to the gender, grades, and majors. Questionnaires given to 538 students who were randomly selected were analyzed and statistically processed by using SPSS win 22.0 program. The major results are as follows. First, gender differences appear statistically significant. Male students scores higher than female. Second, In case of grade, 1st grade students score higher in the factor of imagination and 4th grade students score higher in perseverance/persistence. Third, the students of education department score higher than others. Except of perseverance/persistence, the students of natural engineering department score higher than other department of students.
