장애학생들과 일반학생들을 일반교육환경에서 통합 교육을 제공하기 위해 학생의 교육적 서비스와 관련된 전문가 및 비전문가들간의 협력적 접근은 필수불가결한 요소이다. 현재 우리나라에서 장애학생들의 통합교육이 상당히 진전되고 있으나 교육의 중추적 역할을 담당하는 전문가들간의 협력 수준은 매우 초보적인 단계에 머무르고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 학교현장에서 일반교사와 특수교사들간의 협력적 접근을 활성화하기 위해 이론적 틀을 제공하기 위해 장애학생 통합교육을 위한 협력적 접근의 특성은 무엇이며 협력 팀의 구성과 운영은 어떠해야 하는지 살펴보았다. 또한 ,통합교육을 담당하는 교사들이 참여해야 할 협력적 접근의 유형과 방향, 그리고 가족과 학교간의 협력을 촉진하는 방안을 제시하였다.
It is necessary to collaborate among personnel including professional and non-professionals to provide inclusive education for students with and without disabilities in general schools. Presently, the numbers of students with disabilities who receive inclusive education in general classrooms have been increasing in Korea. However, the level of collaborative work that special education teachers and general education teachers participate in the process of inclusive education are very restrictive and elementary. This study investigated fundamental concepts and principles to facilitate the collaboration among teachers providing inclusive education in the points of the characteristics of collaboration; the characteristics of collaborative approaches in the process of inclusive education, the organization and activities of collaborative team, types of collaborative team work that teachers may participate to provide inclusive education, and strategies to facilitate collaboration among families and teachers. key words : inclusive education, collaborative approach
