This paper discuss the future direction of instructional adaptation studies by reviewing the research trend on instructional adaptation in inclusive education settings. I will begin my discussion by considering the concept of instructional adaptation. Next, I will review the research studies about the level or degree of teachers\' acceptance or use of instructional adaptation, the variables of instructional adaptation, and the performance system or mechanism of instructional adaptation. In addition, I will discuss the research trend of inclusive education, of instructional adaptation in particular, in South Korea. This study can be best summarized as follows. Researches of instructional adaptations have been discussed the concept of instructional adaptation, surveyed the teachers\' acceptance degree, effectiveness, willingness, and reasonableness about it, and identified the components and procedure of it continually. In addition, recently, researches of inclusive education of South Korea have been explored the methodology of inclusion. key words : Instructional adaptation, inclusive education
