The purpose of this study was to examine teachers\' perception of instructional adaptation for students with learning disabilities(LD). Through the extensive literature review, a researcher developed a total of 48 items consisting of seven sub-areas; strategy adaptation, environment adaptation, grouping adaptation, material adaptation, evaluation adaptation, behavior management, and content adaptation. A total of 280 teachers participated in this study. Results indicated statistically significant differences between the means desirability and feasibility ratings of each item. Implications of the findings were discussed in regard to teacher preferences for various adaptations and effective instruction for students with LD.
