This study aims to explore the influence of inclusive education on non-handicapped children and to search for a plan of the inclusive education for handicapped children. The inclusive education have positive influences on improvement of not only the sociality of the handicapped children but also the developmental areas and behaviors. Developmental and behavioral achievements can be facilitated by the inclusive education. For development plan of the inclusive education, professional educators and education program for them are necessary. In the classrooms, educational and personnel environment should be improved with the appropriate subsidy and required support by the government. Also, various and separate benefits to meet individual need of education and treatment should be given to the handicapped children and their families, and various teaching materials and tools for the programs that can be used in inclusive education should be developed.
