This research sought to provide appropriate insights and basic materials on the vocational rehabilitation of visually impaired people and their jobs to officials engaged in job rehabilitation agencies for visually impaired people. The finding indicated that in addition to the obstacle of visually impairment, individuals\' traits elements, elements related to officials and experts in rehabilitation agencies, elements related to officials in corporations and employers, elements related to job accommodation, and elements related to the nation and related agencies, had all a considerable effect on the employment and jobs of visually impaired individuals. Also, the finding confirmed that as job characteristics and abilities of visually impaired individuals varied, their actual job scope could be extensive.
Thus, it is desirable that the future attempt for and approach to the vocational rehabilitation of visually impaired individuals should be planned and implemented after sufficiently identifying various employment-related elements\' mutual effects, and that the approach should be taken to see visually impaired people not as a homogeneous group fitting into certain comprehensive jobs but as individuals fitting into wide-range individual jobs.
