Seosa-muga Korean oral epics attains various folk facts(or folk-components) comprising folk culture. In fact, this folk fact has a different layer from that of folk culture in reality. Because in Seosa-muga, it is told that folk facts are closely related to presentation of origin. And then, these folk facts don\'t obstruct content development of the whole story at all. Because it doesn\'t affect on the content development at all even when deleted. Nevertheless, what is the reason that these folk facts are accepted at any rate? That is because Seosa-muga itself tends to show about the origin, content in detail also tends to follow this trend, and as shown well in \"Seongju-puri,\" it has a function of containing other pseudo faith. That way, it proceeded to the so-called folk law to restrain our consciousness and behavior by providing divine grounds for folk culture. In that sense, Seosa-muga is a folk body of law with folk facts appearing in a divine form as well as god\'s Bonpuri.
