The article purposes on considering some possibilities and limites in terms of inclusion in the 2007 Korean Special Education Law. The article describes following considering:
First, the Law stresses special education centered inclusion. Second, the Law includes discrimination -prohibition of disabilities, therefore it has some possibilities on improving inclusion. Third, the Law does not describe plentiful strategies on inclusion practices. Forth, there is no comments on administration support system for inclusion practices. Fifth, there is poor strategies on improving teaching skills for inclusion.
