본 연구는 위인동화를 활용한 NLPia 코칭 프로그램이 아동의 자신감, 자아조절효능감, 과제난이도 선호의 자아효능감 향상에 효과가 있는지 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 프로그램 처치 전후의 변화량을 측정하기위해 대응표본 t-test를 이용하여 단일 집단을 대상으로 프로그램 실시 전과 후를 측정하여 비교분석하였다. 위인동화를 활용한 NLPia 코칭 프로그램이 아동의 자신감, 자아조절효능감, 과제난이도 선호의 자아효능감 향상에 효과가 있는지 검증하기 위하여 프로그램을 실시한 후, 프로그램 처치 전후의 차이를 비교하였다. 자아효능감 척도는 김아영과 차정은(1996)이 개발하여 타당화시킨 척도를 사용하였다. 프로그램 종료 후 사전-사후검사 결과, 위인동화를 활용한 NLPia 코칭 프로그램은 아동의 전체적인 자아효능감을 통계적으로 유의하게 증진시켰으며(t=3.30, df=10, p<.01), 자아효능감의 하위 요인 중 자신감과 과제난이도 선호를 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 위인동화에 나오는 위인들의 자아효능감 구인 요소들이 NLPia 코칭 프로그램을 통해 아동에게 내재화 되어 아동이 자신의 삶 속에 자아효능감 요소들을 적용할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 위인동화를 활용한 NLPia 코칭 프로그램은 일련의 언어피드백의 단계적 과정인 코칭스킬과 NLPia 활동을 통해 아동들이 자아효능감을 획득함으로써 자기 자신을 잘 리드(lead)할 줄 아는 자기 리더십(self-leadersiep)을 갖추고, 가정과 학교와 사회영역에서 유능한 기여자로서 건강하고 행복한 삶을 살아갈 수 있도록 하는 예방적 복지기능을 가질 수 있다는 함의를 갖는다.
The purpose of this research is to verify if NLPia Coaching Program which uses fairy tale of great men works to improve self-efficacy of childhood, self-confidence, self-control-efficacy and preference of difficulty degree on their task. In order to measure the changes before and after the program operation, I compared and analyzed one group before and after using correspondence specimen t-test. This program was done to rarify if the NLPia Coaching Program is efficient in improving children’s confidence, self-control-efficiency and preference for task difficulty. The data collected before test was compared with the results found after test’s completion. The scale of self-efficacy is the one which was developed and proved by Kim A-young and Cha Jung-eun(1996). The result showed that NLPia Coaching is significant at children’s self-efficacy statistically(t=3.30, df=10, p<.01). That is, NLPia Coaching Program using fairy tales of great men improves children’s self-efficacy. It also means that this program helps children’s to have trust and expectations in themselves and then they can carry right tasks to get the results they want. This result of the research showed that great men’s self-efficacy in the fairy tales can make children’s have self-efficacy and apply it to their lives. Also, the children’s who had the NLPia Coaching Program which uses fairy tales of great men can get self-efficacy through the Coaching skill, a series of linguistic feed back and NLPia activities. Therefore, this program will help children’s to grow up as adults who have self-leadership to lead their own behaviors and support their lives by prevention and child welfare ways.
