본 연구의 목적은 정신병원에 입원치료중인 알코올 의존 환자들을 대상으로 하여 교류분석이론을 활용하여 구성한 프로그램을 개발ㆍ시행하고 그 효과성을 살펴보는 것이다. 이 연구는 정신과 병원에 입원 중인 알코올 의존 환자 총 6명을 대상으로 단일집단 사전ㆍ사후 설계방법으로 적용하였다. 프로그램 효과성 검증을 위해 윌콕슨 순위검증을 실시한 결과 자아존중감이 향상되었고, 대인관계기능에서는 의사소통 부문을 제외하고는 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이고그램 분석 결과 참여자 모두가 자아상태의 변화를 나타내었다. 연구결과를 토대로 알코올 의존 환자들의 심리사회적 치료로서의 교류분석을 활용한 프로그램에 대한 제안과 연구방향을 논의하였다.
The present study purposed to develop a program based on the transactional analysis theory, apply it to alcohol dependent patient hospitalized and treated in a mental hospital, and examine its effects. This study adopted single‐group pretest‐posttest design with six alcohol dependent patient in a mental hospital. In order to verify the effect of the program, we conducted Wilcoxon\'s rank test. According to the results, the patients\' self‐esteem was improved but the program was found not effective for interpersonal relation functions except communication. According to the results of egogram analysis, change in ego state was observed in all the participants. Based on the results of this study, we proposed a program based on transactional analysis as a psychosocial treatment of alcohol dependent patient and discussed directions for future research.
