본 연구는 2001년에 개발된 교원의 ICT 활용 능력 기준의 타당성과 신뢰성을 양적인 방법 으로 측정하고 각 기준의 적합성과 기준의 난이도를 검사하여 각 대상 영역에 적합한지를 검 증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 2001년에 한국교육학술정보원에서 개 발한 전국민 ICT 활용 능력 기준의 표준화 작업을 과학적이며 통계적인 방법으로 적용하여 일선 교사를 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과에 따라 전 교사의 정보 활용 능력의 척도 가 되는 ICT 활용 능력 기준의 표준을 제시하였다.
The teacher\'s ICT application abilities have an influence upon a quality of an education. The standards of people\'s ICT application abilities were developed by the Korea Education and Research Information Service(KERIS) at 2001. However the draft of standards have a problem in the statistics reliable. The goal of this study is a statistical standard of an existing teacher\'s ICT application abilities. We conducted a questionnaire survey of teachers in the field to be founded the teacher\'s ICT application abilities by developed KERIS. In view of the statistical results, we offer the reliable and reasonable standard of teacher\'s ICT application abilities.
