This study examined the relationship between basic key concepts and fundamentals of Ayurveda by color food therapy based on the principles of traditional natural medicine of Ayurveda in India. Accordingly, the definition of Ayurveda, the Ayurvedic food, and detailed information about the fundamentals of Ayurveda therapy by color food. Hence we understand the biological constitution and mental constitution and characteristics of the food in Ayurvedic studies to investigate the problem. Food and constitution by mutual interests and Ayurvedic constitution was presented to the constitution by a color based on specific color food. In this study, the significance placed on Ayurvedic constitution and mental constitution dajeok biological perspective in real-life applications of color food health and balance of mind and body healing and important role in the development of society.
