This research investigates current operation conditions of center of children’s food service management in order to seek how to apply food art therapy into various programs running in the center. Also, this research suggests how to activate food art therapy in the center by examining current programs of the center which use food art therapy. Result shows that for revitalizing food art therapy, steady education programs are required. Specifically, 1) providing food art therapy as university specialty programs or noncurricular programs, 2) having food art therapy programs as nutritional education programs for parents, 3) introducing internal training sessions for intimacy between center staffs, 4) educating directors and teachers of nursery schools in lifelong education centers with food art therapy programs. Moreover, after applying food art therapy in nutritional education, various conferences and dissertations about effects of food art therapy programs.
