The purpose of this study was to explore a direction of the expression of creativity
regarding team climate, work motivation and creative self-efficacy in secondary school from
the awareness of issues that creativity should be created in an organization expansively. To
this end, this study was examined to analyze the structural relationship for three research
models. The data were gathered from Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon 208 middle and high
school teachers about the team climate(TCI) for creativity, the individual's work
motivation(WPI) and creative self-efficacy.
In confirmatory factor analysis, the factor model fits for TCI tool showed acceptable
construct validity. The result showed that the team climate elevated levels of work
motivation and this effects were found to be partially mediated by creative potential. And
the test for mediating effect of practised creativity and creative self-efficacy, revealed that
there have been relatively strong mediating effect on the relationship between team climate
and work motivation. This implies that it is crucial role of teacher's work motivation for
creative activity. Based on the result, the significance of this study and suggestions for
future research addressed.
