This study aims to analyze the teachers' perspective to high school creative-experiential
activities in the field of education. For this purpose, a survey was conducted to 460 high
school teachers and 1,099 high school students. Based on the results, this study concluded
the following: first, Metropolitan and Provincial Offices of Education should document the
actual examples of creative-experiential activities and possible measures to connect with the
local community; second, the guidelines for high school creative-experiential activities should
be revised to reflect the realities specific to high school education; third, practical methods
to vitalize high school club activities, which is one of the creative-experiential activities, need
to be sought; fourth, considering the importance of club activities, they need to be tied more
closely to the voluntary club activities; lastly, creative-experiential activities in high school
would be able to find improvements through the strong connection with subject curricula.
