The aims of this research are to develop a flow map of NOS(Nature of Science) involving the HOS (History of Science) as well as the POS (Philosophy of Science), and investigate about the belief variation of the highschool students on the key elements of the NOS in the case of the stellar spectrum analysis experiment. We apply the model development history for atomic, which is one of the effective method for teaching the NOS, to our flow map, involving the 8 core aspects on the NOS suggested by Lederman (2007)and Bauer (1884), their interaction and the conditions of Kuhnian(1996) revolution of Science. A teaching plan has been developed according to the flow map and used in the sample class by using implicit and explicit instruction methods, In order to investigate some changes in belief about NOS, the analysis of the pre and post survey questionnaire has been carried out. The SPSS analysis of answers for 12 questionnaire shows that the belief about the NOS has been changed after the lecture and experiment, while the belief in the potential of scientific knowledge is unchanged. It can be concluded that the students are unaware of the closed correlation between the core aspects of the NOS. One should not look on the NOS in terms of the dichotomy, and as a result of such aspect, the NOS, HOS, SCK and POS can be considered inclusively in the NOS discussion. Finally It should be used NOS flow map involving the knowledge of the HPS, in preservice teachers education program at the university.
