This study is that the objective of study lies, by the foundation of questionnaire data on teachers, in the analysis of influencing the principal's transformational leadership on teacher's job character and school organizational commitment by using LISREL MODEL. This paper established three hypotheses and founded the preceding study for the relationship of the principal's transformational leadership and teacher's job character, the relationship of teacher's job character and school organizational commitment, and principal's transformational leadership and school organizational commitment. The result of testing hypotheses is that GHI is high, and the model of this study results in comparative fitness. The result of this study as follows: First, the result of analysis is that the charisma of principal's transformational leadership don't have an meaningful effect on teacher's job character and school organizational commitment. Second, it is represented that individual care has an meaningful effect on the emotional commitment and continual commitment of school organizational commitment. Third, it is found that intellectual stimulation has an meaningful effect on the task importance and job autonomy of teacher's job character and the continual commitment of school organizational commitment. Fourth, it is considered that, in the case of the relation of teacher's job character and school organizational commitment, skill diversity has an meaningful effect on continual commitment, task importance on emotional commitment, and job autonomy on continual commitment and normative commitment. Therefore, this study becomes an moment of identifying the fact that principal's transformational leadership has an effect on teacher's job character, and also principal's transformational leadership and teacher's job character respectively have an positive effect on school organizational commitment
