The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among principals' transformational leadership, teachers' collaborative culture and empowerment among diverse variables related to teachers' job satisfaction through the structural equation modeling. For this purpose, the measurement model and the structural model were devised by using 2,910 middltructura teachers' datarelatidata was gathered by Korea Educational Longitudinal Study(KELS) of 2005 by KEDI. In the structural model test, all paths are significant. And all model fit indexes such as X2, NFI, RFI, IFI, TLI, CFI are acceptable, that is, leadership affect collaborative culture and empowerment, collaborative culture and empowerment affect teachers' satisfaction. Above all, leadership affect empowerment more than collaborative culture. And Collaborative culture's effect is greater than empowerment on teachers' satisfaction. It can be expected that principals should enhance teachers' satisfaction through empowering and encouraging teachers' collaborative culture in schools.
