This study explored the responses of teaching improvement program participants at C University, 2004 to 2008. 47 professors have been involved in this program, their response analysis was both quantitative reacher analysis and qualitative reacher analysis, and this study method and tools was interview of participants, observation, and question survey. The teaching improvement program consisted of various sub program- micro teaching, survey of students' satisfaction of lecture, workshop and monthly meeting, etc.. This program has operated during a semester(16 weeks), per 4 or 8 professors have been involved in program one term. The findings and recommendations of this study were as follows: 1) The results of participants survey, the satisfaction and recommendation intention of this program participant professor was very high(4.62 points). Specially, micro teaching program got the highest points(4.67 points), the second was the survey of students' satisfaction of lecture(4.57 points), and the third was the workshop(4.48 points). And the meaningfulness results was the interests of teaching method increased after program participate. 2) The results of participants' interview and the reports analysis were very positive. This program's effective on evaluation of teaching to some professor. But this program's good point was that the professors have had a self reflection and change of attitude about education. The participants have got a vision of teaching and a challenge to be a good teacher. The participants have perceived that was necessary to continuous self development. 3) The students made reference to that the professors researched hard and have made constant efforts to teach them. But, they mentioned the professors use various teaching method, but didn't use high tech teaching tools. From the results of the analysis, the followings can be suggested for teaching implement program. 1) It's necessary for the faculties to teaching implement program. 2) Learning community system is useful for university faculties. 3) It's necessary to escalate micro teaching.
