collaborative educational effort between people. The collaborative partnership should include school
teachers, artists, administrators, community, counsellor, and parents. Although the ultimate success of
the gifted program would appear to rest in the cooperative efforts and enthusiastic support of these
individuals described, a successful partnership between school teacher and professional artists is most
important factor. This study evaluated the present situation of art education partnership for the

education at national, local, and institutional level.
