This study is to explore motivations in attending the multicultural alternative school and the significance of the academic experience of Immigrant Youths. In order to fulfil our purpose, we employed qualitative research methods through narrative interviews, target is Immigrant Youths attending a culture alternative school. study participants had difficulty to school Admission due to the problems of korean and korea life adaptation after entering the korea. Research, study participants are motivated to select a multicultural alternative school is because formal education institutions recognized the high school education. Selection factors have been included provision of a standard academic curriculum, korean teaching, technical education for vocational preparation, Korea Culture and art activities in multicultural curriculums. Learning experience of Multicultural alternative school includes curriculums, technical training, experiential learning, community life, social adaptation Korea, the future plans. and I have explored participants’ learning experience significance of research. Formal and informal learning experiences of multicultural alternative school gave providing internal and external motivation for exploring life through self-directed in Korea. I could see through it to find a positive meaning. But their Korean skills shortage were poor learning skills despite running a level Korean language course in an alternative school. it has served as barriers to still further study to higher education and career decision. Korea society is compared to the Immigrant youths and Korean Youths that given to extra points for Immigrant youths is not appropriate. To adapt properly to Korea society of them, it is necessary to establish a system that can support the learning skills, Korean education and technical training in school. To do so, the effort should be made to the education support system.
