The purpose of this study is to analyse the implementation results of the teacher’s leadership training program which was mainly implemented to the teachers who are member of the graduate schools and university students who are preparing the teaching job. Study question is 3. First, what is major programs and contents of domestic leadership training institution. Second, on the basis of this, what is composition and contents of teacher's leadership training program which was developed and implemented by researcher. Third, how is its results of teacher's leadership training program. Study contents is also 3. One is to investigate the leadership training institutions and its programs in the south korea. The other is to introduce the construction and contents of the teacher's leadership training program which was developed and managed by the present writer. The third is to present the its results. As a research method, review of relative literature, participation observation, interview to students of researcher's lecture, self description method were adopted. As a conclusion and proposition, researcher proposed following 3. First, more systematic studies are needed to the teacher's leadership. That is, what is component of teacher's leadership and what is needed to it. Second, on the basis of this, teacher's leadership programs are continually developed and implemented. Third, teacher's leadership training programs should be separately maintained on the basis of the teacher's position.
