본 연구는 초등학교 교육실습 지도교사 58명에게 설문지를 사용하여 교육실습생을 인성 및 수업 영역으로 나누어 평가한 결과가 실습학교에 따라 차이가 있는지, 교육실습생의 지도경험이 교육실습생의 평가, 지도교사 자신에 대한 평가, 실습 프로그램에 대한 평가에 어떻게 인식하는지 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 실습학교에 따라 교육실습생 평가에 차이가 나타났고, 실습 지도교사와 교육실습생 간에 교육실습 관심 및 강조점에 우선순위가 달랐으며, 교육실습 지도경험은 실습 지도교사에게 자기개발에 대한 매우 긍정적인 동기유발로 작용하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 실습학교 간 합의된 교육실습생 평가기준 마련되어야 하나 그 기준은 어떤 수준에 의해 결정되어야 하는지 추후 논의가 필요하며, 교육실습생과 실습학교 및 실습교사 간의 원활하고 활발한 지속적인 의사소통 교환이 필요성을 지적하였다
This study was to find out whether there were statistical differences among schools on the cooperating teachers' evaluations of performances of student teachers, cooperating teachers themselves, and student teaching program that were the experiences of supervision perceived by cooperating teachers. For this purposes, 58 cooperating teachers were involved and the survey for the teachers was administered. The results showed that there was a statistical difference among schools on the evaluation of student teachers' performances. There were gaps on their major concerns between student teachers and cooperating teachers. And the student teaching experiences helped cooperating teachers motivate to attempt the professional development in teaching.
