본 연구는 중등학교 교사양성교육과정의 문제점을 진단하고 대안을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 문헌연구를 하였고 교사들을 대상으로 설문조사와 자기보고서를 제출하도록 하였다. 기존의 논의들은 교사교육의 목적을 학교교육 전문가 측면 즉 구체적으로 말하면 교과내용 전문가, 학생을 잘 지도하는 학생지도 전문가, 학급을 잘 조직하고 이끄는 학급경영의 전문가 등으로 세분하고 있다. 기존의 논의는 교사의 역할 가운데 교육에 대한 이해의 전문성과 실천적 전문성을 기를 수 있는 내용이 결여되어있다. 이러한 반성에 기초하여 본 연구자들은 교사양성교육의 목적을 3차원으로 나누고 구체적으로는 8개의 영역으로 제시하였다. 즉 교사양성 교육은 가르침과 배움이라는 교육자체를 이해하고 이를 잘 실천 할 수 있는 교육전문성, 그리고 교과의 의미를 잘 이해하여 그 내용을 가르치고 교과의 발생과정을 재 체험시킬 수 있는 교과전문성, 학생지도와 학급경영을 잘 할 수 있는 전문성, 그리고 메타교육 즉 가르치고 배우는 현상을 이해하고 이를 잘 실천 할 수있는 전문성을 갖도록 하는 것으로 제안하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 대안적 교사양성 교육과정으로는 ① 교양과목(교직교양과목과 일반교양과목) ② 교과교육학(교재연구 및 지도법과 교과교육론) ③ 대안적 교육학(교육의 구조, 교육의 가치, 교육의 소재, 교육과 인간, 교육활동, 교육공간, 교육평가, 교육적 인식론) ④ 교육실습(수업실습, 학생지도 및 상담실습, 학급경영 실습) 을 제안하였다.
The purpose of this study is examined and suggested to alternative plan teacher's training education program thar have problem with curriculum. This study included that research studying, data collecting question report and self-report from teacher. This study was limited on expert of school education is divided with into expert of text content, expert of student guide, expert of class management. However these are not to have enough content to bring up specialty of understanding and specialty of practicing which is very important role of teacher. This reflection is based on teacher's training education program that is divided into three dimensions and suggested to subordinate eight fields. Basically, teacher's training education program includes learners understand teaching and learning of itself, practice them fully, have text specializing as well as management specializing and meta-education For the purpose of developing curriculum of alternative proposal of teacher's training education program; we suggest that ① liberal subjects (teaching cultural subjects and general cultural subjects), ② subject education (teaching material study and teaching method) ③ alternative education(structure of education, value of education, material of education, education and person, activity of education, space of education, educational evaluation and educational epistemology) ④ practice of education (class practice, student guide and counseling practice, practice of class management)
