The purpose of this study is examined and suggested to alternative plan teacher's training education program thar have problem with curriculum. This study included that research studying, data collecting question report and self-report from teacher.
This study was limited on expert of school education is divided with into expert of text content, expert of student guide, expert of class management. However these are not to have enough content to bring up specialty of understanding and specialty of practicing which is very important role of teacher.
This reflection is based on teacher's training education program that is divided into three dimensions and suggested to subordinate eight fields. Basically, teacher's training education program includes learners understand teaching and learning of itself, practice them fully, have text specializing as well as management specializing and meta-education
For the purpose of developing curriculum of alternative proposal of teacher's training education program; we suggest that ① liberal subjects (teaching cultural subjects and general cultural subjects), ② subject education (teaching material study and teaching method) ③ alternative education(structure of education, value of education, material of education, education and person, activity of education, space of education, educational evaluation and educational epistemology) ④ practice of education (class practice, student guide and counseling practice, practice of class management)
