In modern society, childcare is striving to innovate in order to improve the quality of childcare quality
factors can influence the effectiveness of childcare. Chidcare teachers that can be considered as the human
environment among environmental factors that determine quality of childcare is considered as an essential
factor. Therefore, this study was intended to investigate aptitude of childcare teacher degree of teaching
practice stress of pre-service child care teacher, and to research how aptitude of childcare teachers affect
childcare practice stress.
As a result of collecting data from 268 childcare majors, the aptitude of childcare teachers showed
difference by age and grade, and childcare practice stress only showed difference according to the grade
level. Secondly, among lower factors of aptitude of childcare teachers, it was identified that stress in a
relationship between director of daycare center and teachers was higher when sociability, a down factor of
aptitude of daycare teachers, was lower. Thirdly, it was identified that lower the creativity, selfdevelopment,
and positiveness, stress for the daycare practice was higher.
