본 연구는 지역사회와 밀접한 관계를 맺으면서 사회복지실천을 하고 있는 교회들이 얼마나 전문성을 갖추고 지역사회복지 실천현장의 다양성 욕구와 질적 욕구를 충족하고 있는지를 연구하기 위하여 교회사회복지 프로그램을 탐색하였다. 교회사회복지 프로그램은 각 교회의 홈페이지를 분석하였으며 여기서 교회사회복지 프로그램의 전문성이 결여되었다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 문제의 해결을 위해 개교회 차원을 넘어서 교단 내지는 지역사회교회의 연합활동으로 체계적이고 일관성 있는 교회사회복지 실천 활동이 전개되어야한다. 실천 활동의 일환으로 교육과학기술부의 ‘방과후학교’의 운영지침에서 교육대상, 운영관리사례를 중심으로 종합사회복지관의 방과후 교육 프로그램, 교회의 방과후 교육 프로그램을 살펴보았다. 행정적 차원에서 지원하고 연계할 방안을 모색하여 지역사회 주민이기도한 교인들의 새로운 일자리를 창출하며, 지역사회복지를 실천할 수 있는 「영재교육 전문가 양성과정」을 제안한다.
This treatise made a search for church social welfare programs in order to study to what extent the churches carrying out social welfare practice with intimate relatives to community supply the various and qualitative needs of community social welfare practice fields having professionalism. It was acquainted that the church social welfare programs lack in professionalism through analyzing of each church homepage. The systematic and consistent practice activities of church social welfare should be developed for solving of this problem with a religious association out of individual church or the combined activities of community churches. This treatise watched for education target in \'after-school operation guide\' of the Ministry of education, science and technology, for the after-school programs of integrated social welfare centers around operation management case and for the after-school education programs of churches as part of practice activities. And this suggests ‘the training process of special education professionalist for the gifted\' that is able to practice the community social welfare and make new job for the believers who are community people while seeking for the devices of support and connecting in administrative dimension.
