본 연구는 ICT(Information and Communication Technology) 및 중독 분야 전문가들에게 델파이 조사를 실시하여 스마트폰 선용의 구성요소에 대한 합의된 내용을 도출하기 위해 실시되었다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 먼저 ICT 및 중독 분야 전문가 11명을 포함한 패널을 구성하였고, 그들을 대상으로 심층면담과 총 3차에 걸쳐 진행된 델파이 조사가 이루어졌다. 그 결과, 스마트폰 선용의 핵심 구성요소로 ‘자기주도성’, ‘개인/타인 이해 및 수용’, ‘생산성’, ‘사회적 지지’가 도출되었다. 구체적으로 ‘자기주도성’에는 사용조절력, 자기통제력, 과도함과 적절함에 대한 분별력, 회복탄력성, 자기주도적 사용이라는 하위요소가 포함되었고, ‘개인/타인 이해 및 수용’에는 자기인식능력, 정신적 건강상태라는 하위요소가 포함되었으며, ‘생산성’에는 생산적 이용 목적, 기능적 결과물 생산, 리터러시, 사용목표에 부합한 활동이라는 하위요소가 포함되었고, ‘사회적 지지’에는 지지집단이라는 하위요소가 포함되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.
This study was conducted to find out agreed components of adaptive smartphone use from addiction specialists by using delphi survey. For this purpose of the present study, a panel of 11 experts in ICT and addiction fields was constructed. The research process consisted of in - depth interviews and delphi surveys conducted in total three times. As a result, self - initiative , understanding / acceptance of individual / others , productivity , and social support were derived as core components of adaptive smartphone use. Specifically, self-initiative includes subordinate factors such as use control power, self-control power, discerning power of excessiveness and appropriateness, resilience of resilience, and self-directed use. Self-awareness, mental health status Productivity includes sub-factors such as the purpose of productive use, production of functional output, activity of literacy, and usage, and social support includes the sub-element of support group. Finally, implications were discussed based on the results of the present study.
