In this study, an investigation was done into customer satisfaction factor of the rehabilitation service providers for the Children with disabilities, after which a negative verification was made in the relations of cause and effect between profit provider and customer satisfaction. In addition, this study discovered the customer satisfaction of the rehabilitation service for the
Children with disabilities was lowest among the thirteen kinds of social service. Based on these analyses, this study suggests that the service manpower program should be integrated with the university level of education program. Also, we need to seek the way the social enterprise or social welfare venture can be participated in the social service markets
much more.
