The purpose of this study was to find out the evaluations of the teachers, who participated in the KidSmart Project, on the effect of the teacher-training program and the practical implications. The subjects of this study were 191 teachers who teach at national/public kindergartens located in remote rural area. The kindergartens were chosen with the aid of the Korea Association of Public Kindergarten Teachers and the Ministry of Education. Two questionnaires designed by the researchers were distributed to the teachers. For the first questionnaire, 186 were returned while 120 were returned for the second questionnaire. The data was analyzed with the SPSS program to obtain the frequency and percentages. The results of the study are as follows: First, the 10 CD-Rom Titles introduced at the training session were unfamiliar to the teachers. After the teacher training, the teachers\' willingness to use the 10 titles and the usage of the titles showed up quite high. Overall, the evaluations on the system of teacher-training turned out quite positive. Second, in terms of the practical implications of KidSmart Project, the teachers\', children\'s, and the community\'s recognition and attitude of computer activities as well as the abilities of computer usage were improved. The evaluation of the supporting system was positive but the evaluation on the usage of the supporting system was not high.
