본 연구는 사회복지전공학생의 사회복지효능감 수준과 선행요인의 영향을 파악한 연구다. 졸업을 앞둔 사회복지전공 4학년학생 406명의 자료를 분석한 결과, 사회복지효능감 하위영역인 실천이론, 치료기법, 클라이언트지지, 조사연구 중 클라이언트지지효능감이 가장 높았으며, 치료기법과 실천이론 순이었고 조사연구효능감은 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 실습경험 횟수에 따른 사회복지효능감의 평균차이를 파악한 결과 실천이론, 치료기법, 클라이언트지지의 평균점수가 실습경험이 2회 이상인 집단이 1회 실습경험집단에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 사회복지효능감의 선행요인으로 연령과 전공연계봉사경험이 사회복지효능감에 영향을 미치고 있었으며 학교요인으로는 교과과정의 유용성이 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그러나 실습경험의 다양성은 사회복지효능감 중 클라이언트지지에만 영향을 미치므로 전체효능감에 있어 교과과정의 유용성이 주요 영향요인으로 확인되었다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of social work self-efficacy(SWSE) of social work students and the factors affecting that self-efficacy. The data was collected from 406 senior social work students. The result of the study shows that among the four subconstructs of SWSE, the most important factor in order is the client support, the social work skill, the practical theory, and the research. The average scores of the practical theory, the social work skill and the client support are higher in the group of students who experienced more than two practicums than in the group of students who experienced only one practicum. The study also indicates that the preceding factors of SWSE are the age, the volunteer experiences connected with their major, and the usefulness of curriculum among many college factors. However, the diversity of practicum experiences has significant effects only on the client support self-efficacy.
