본 연구는 지역아동센터 이용아동의 특성에 따른 지역아동센터에 대한 만족도를 살펴봄으로써 지역아동센터 이용아동의 지역아동센터에 대한 만족도 향상 및 발전 방향을 모색하고자 문헌 조사와 더불어 설문지 조사를 병행하여 실시하였다. 안산시 소재 지역아동센터 10개소를 통해 200장의 설문지를 배포하고 그 중 197개의 설문지를 회수하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 안산의 특징은 다문화가정을 비롯한 맞벌이 가정, 빈곤한 가정이 많기 때문에 지역아동센터 역시 다른 도시보다도 더 빈곤한 가정의 아동들을 대상으로 하는 아동복지시설로서 많이 활성화가 되어 있었다. 둘째, 지역아동센터 교육환경 시설∙공간 만족도는 지역아동센터 이용기간이 길은 아동이 높고, 남∙여 간의 만족도는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 셋째, 지역아동센터 선생님과 친구와의 인적네트워크 만족도와 프로그램 만족도 역시 지역아동센터 이용기간이 2-3년 이상 되는 아동이 만족도가 높았고, 적응을 잘하는 것으로 나타났다. 지역아동센터가 아동복지시설로서의 지역사회 아동보호의 최상의 대안으로서 그 역할과 기능을 다하기 위해서는 많은 정책적 제언이 필요하다고 하겠다.
The purposes of this study is through the examination of user satisfaction level survey in local child center, this study examined whether user satisfaction level is changing with respect to the various characteristics of children, and the future directions were sought to improve user satisfaction level that could satisfy various needs of various children. The result was follows. First, the children, who have been using the local child center over the long period of time, gave higher rating on educational environments including facilities and spaces of local child center. No meaningful difference in rating has observed between boys and girls. Second, the children, who have been using the local child center over 2-3 years, also gave higher rating on relationship with teachers and friends in the local child center.
