이 연구에서는 장애학생들의 전환계획과 자기결정력에 대한 교사와 부모간의 만족도 수준을 비교함으로써, 이들 양자 간의 보다 긍정적인 관계 구축을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 장애학생들의 전환계획에 대한 부모와 교사의 만족도에 있어 IEP 구안 시 전환목표에 대한 기술, 목표진술 시 학생 선호도에 대한 고려, IEP 구안 시 부모와 학생 참여, 성인기 전환을 위한 기술 습득 등에 대해 교사들이 부모들보다 만족도 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 장애학생들의 자기결정력에 대한 부모와 교사간의 만족도에 있어 교육계획 수립 시 학생 의견의 반영, 학생 중심의 선택기회 제공, 교육계획 수립 시 학생 참여에 있어 부모보다는 교사들의 만족도 수준이 높음을 알 수 있었다.
The purpose of this research was to seek satisfaction of parents and teachers about transition plan and self-determination for successful transition from school to home, from school to work place, from school to local community, and improvement in quality of life of disabilities student. The result of this study were as follows : Firstly, in the case of comparison to satisfaction of teachers and parents about transition plan of disabilities student teachers were demonstrated higher satisfaction than parents that in description of the transitional goals and participation, student' interest about goal description, skill acquisition for adult transition.
