The purpose of this research was to seek satisfaction of parents and teachers about transition plan and self-determination for successful transition from school to home, from school to work place, from school to local community, and improvement in quality of life of disabilities student. The result of this study were as follows : Firstly, in the case of comparison to satisfaction of teachers and parents about transition plan of disabilities student teachers were demonstrated higher satisfaction than parents that in description of the transitional goals and participation, student' interest about goal description, skill acquisition for adult transition.
