This study is to examine the level of satisfaction with therapeutic massage by blind healthkeepers among hotel employees. Twenty-two hotel employees who are working at the food and beverage service department or at the VTT department participated in this study. Participants were asked to fill out 7 open-ended questions, inquiring their opinions in 8 areas after receiving 10 weeks of therapeutic massage by blind healthkeepers. Results indicated that most participants experiences a significant improvement in their physical condition. Sixteen(72.7%) participants expressed that they felt less tired after 10 weeks of massage treatment. Most participants reported that their attitudes toward people with visual impairments in general changed in a positive way. Finally, participants suggested that a reasonable standards regarding the price and length of therapeutic massage by blind healthkeepers should be set in order to improve an employment opportunity for blind healthkeepers.
