Professional and systematic vocational rehabilitation programs can give a successful job opportunity in most importance to people with disabilities. This study evaluated a vocational rehabilitation program which would help people with visual impairments to become fortune tellers, and provided improvement policies to renew the program according to the evaluation analysis. The convenient sample of 100 program participants (male 74, female 26) were investigated by telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face survey methods. The questionnaire asks sociodemographic information, vocational rehabilitation program characteristics, program satisfaction, job motivation, social support, and social skills. The collected data was statistically analyzed with the SPSS 16.0 program. Some important results are as follows: First, most respondents wanted to get vocational rehabilitation subsidies, to change social prejudice of fortune tellers, to improve the program instructor quality, and to prolong the program. Second, they hoped that they would be knowable of fortune telling for themselves, and that there would be some policies that would support their fortune telling job. Third, they demonstrated that there would be a need of the national certificate for the blind fortune tellers. Finally, their job motivation and social support heightened the program satisfaction. In conclusion, some implications are discussed to improve the vocational rehabilitation program.
