오늘날의 청소년들은 그들의 부모세대와는 상이한 경제적 배경과 문화적 환경에서 성장하고 있다. 현대의 청소년들은 과거보다 더 어린 연령에 사춘기를 경험하고 신체적으로 조숙하고 일찍 성(性)에 눈을 뜨게 되나 성에 대한 올바른 가치관을 심어주어야 할 교육현장과 가정으로부터 받는 성지식이나 성교육은 상대적으로 피상적이다. 반면, 실질적으로는 선정적인 대중매체와 컴퓨터의 보편화로 인터넷을 통해 왜곡되고 과장된 지식을 습득하게 된다. 이렇게 올바른 성에 대한 이해가 없는 현실에서 청소년 미혼모 문제는 성에 대한 무지와 호기심의 부정적 영향의 결과물이다. 미혼모들은 임신이 진행됨에 따라 분만과 양육에 대한 불안에 빠지게 되며 사회의 비난에 대한 두려움과 수치심, 장래에 대한 절망감에 사로 잡혀 극심한 정서적 위기에 처하게 되고 미성년인 청소년 미혼모들은 대체로 뒤늦게 임신사실을 알게 되어 주위에 임신사실을 숨기다 가출이나 자퇴를 하고 보호시설 등에서 분만하게 된다. 후에도 집이나 학교로 돌아가지 못하고 시설에 남거나 은둔 생활 후 성년을 맞이하게 되는 경우가 흔하다. 임신이나 분만 당시 미성년임에도 불구하고 가족이나 친구로부터 심리적으로 안정된 지원을 받지 못하는 것은 물론, 임신으로 인해 학교생활이 어려워 교육의 기회가 박탈되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 교육의 기회 박탈은 성년으로의 성장 후 자립에 필요한 취업을 어렵게 만든다. 또한, 청소년기에 바르게 정립되어야 하는 자아정체감과, 사회적 기술, 자기통제력의 부족으로 사회인이 되어서도 자신의 행동에 대한 죄책감, 미래에 대한 좌절감과 막막함으로 인한 자신에 대한 포기와 충동적 반응으로 재가출과 재임신등 사회문제의 중심에 있게 된다. 또한 미혼모에게서 태어난 아동은 입양되거나 혹은 유기 등에 의해 아동보호시설에 수용되는 경우가 많으며 미혼모의 보호 하에 양육되더라도 사생아란 법적 지위와 결손으로 자라게 되므로 사회적응이 순조롭지 못하여 비행청소년이 될 가능성이 높아 또 다른 사회문제를 파생시키게 되며(홍혜경, 2003), 그들 역시 자라서 미혼모가 될 가능성이 높다(Levering, 1983)는 조사 발표는 사회계층, 남녀계층, 연령계층간의 갈등이 범죄 및 빈곤문제와 유기적이라는 대표적 사례이다.
The purpose of this study is educational healing that prevents so that problem may not send out again spread more than solution of social problem that is already happened to teenagers unwed mother established by target that present necessity of dance education for human nature education and function on premise. Teenagers unwed mother is minor who have right to receive social protection as teenagers before is unwed mother. So that minority is social healthy adult, it is education service with welfare service that society should offers to teenagers unwed mothers. Education service is long-term if welfare service is ephemeral and quick political disposal and is troubleshooting policy intention enemy the future. If education service can be progressed to two directions of vocational education and studies continuance independently of welfare service, it is human nature education and proposes community dance for below reason by effective method of teenagers human nature education in this study that need in all of the two directions. Community dance can expect effect of society technique and community relationship elevation through that have mutual understanding with self respect reduction through self person of dance art through dance experience, symbolic presentation that experience artistic form of dance to contents experience. Also, community dance does to small group with equal problem or difficulty. Therefore, kind and result of dance according to special quality of age and newcomers should be reconstructed and political support should be premised. And such special quality is reconciled with education service of welfare dimension.
