최근 우리사회는 다문화가정의 증가로 인해 그 자녀에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 다문화가정이 공교육에 진입했을 때 그들이 갖는 이중문화의 가정환경은 다른 아동에 비해 발달적, 교육적 측면의 어려움과 성장발달과정에서 필수적인 대인관계형성에 부정적인 영향을 초래한다. 본 연구의 목적은 문헌고찰을 통하여 아시아계 어머니가 양육하는 다문화가정 고학년 자녀의 대인관계 향상을 위한 잠정적인 프로그램을 제안하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 아시아계 어머니가 양육하는 다문화가정 자녀의 문제와 프로그램 관련 연구들을 문헌고찰을 통해 탐색하였으며, 이러한 과정에서 프로그램의 구성요소인 구체적인 목표와 내용을 선정하여 잠정적인 대인관계향상 프로그램을 제안하였다. 이 프로그램은 집단상담의 형태로 총 10회기로 구성하였으며, 한 회기당 50분 진행되는데, 각 회기별 나와 가족, 친구 및 문화에 대한 만족감, 의사소통, 신뢰감, 친밀감, 민감성, 개방성, 이해 그리고 관계 등의 내용이 내포되어 있다. 본 연구는 아시아계 어머니를 둔 다문화가정 고학년 자녀의 대인관계 향상을 위한 프로그램을 제안한 것으로 다양한 세팅의 다문화가정과 관련된 사회복지 실천가들로 하여금 현장에서 활용하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
Recently, the social concerns about multicultural family and multicultural children have been increased as an international marriage has rised. Especially, when multicultural children enter the public education, their family background compared with other students may occur a lot of difficulties in educational and developmental aspects. As these difficulties may influence interpersonal relationship. The purpose of this research is systematically to construct and develop program for improving interpersonal relationship of multicultural children in higher classes students of an primary school raising Asian mother. In order to this paper, I studied a lot of literature on multicultural family children with problems and characteristics, specially in higher students of an primary school raising Asian mother. The selection of construction of a program items has been conducted in the following stages. In the first, I discussed about problems, experiences of interpersonal relationship of multicultural children in higher classes students of an primary school raising Asian mother. And then I suggest temporary program to improve interpersonal relationship of multicultural children in higher classes students of an primary school raising Asian mother based on program object, goal, contents per session in total 10 sessions. It was progressed 50 minutes per session and especially constructed contents on trust, intimacy, relations, communication, self-satisfaction, understanding and open-hearted about self, family and culture.
