Recently, the social concerns about multicultural family and multicultural children have been increased as an international marriage has rised. Especially, when multicultural children enter the public education, their family background compared with other students may occur a lot of difficulties in educational and developmental aspects. As these difficulties may influence interpersonal relationship.
The purpose of this research is systematically to construct and develop program for improving interpersonal relationship of multicultural children in higher classes students of an primary school raising Asian mother. In order to this paper, I studied a lot of literature on multicultural family children with problems and characteristics, specially in higher students of an primary school raising Asian mother. The selection of construction of a program items has been conducted in the following stages. In the first, I discussed about problems, experiences of interpersonal relationship of multicultural children in higher classes students of an primary school raising Asian mother. And then I suggest temporary program to improve interpersonal relationship of multicultural children in higher classes students of an primary school raising Asian mother based on program object, goal, contents per session in total 10 sessions. It was progressed 50 minutes per session and especially constructed contents on trust, intimacy, relations, communication, self-satisfaction, understanding and open-hearted about self, family and culture.
