The purpose of this study is to provide the basic knowledges that are needed to develop the therapist’s work environment and the quality of session by researching job stress, burnout and relationship among those facts. This study was progressed by conducting a survey targeting the 112 subjects of a master’s degree who are therapists providing the music therapy service now. I intended to show recent actual conditions of music therapist and the its future way through clearly defining relationship of job stress and burnout. The result of this survey, influence caused by therapists’s job stress have an effect on burnout, its feature is approximately 41.5%, it’s the most influential one of variables. Followed by the interpersonal relationship factor, work environment, professional development factor. This research visually showed the result of influence that job stress has an effect on burnout and aroused that we need to analyze result of this research for development of music therapy. key words：music therapist, burnout, job stress
