"This research was designed for the Influence of the Art Therapist's Therapeutic Experiences and the CMA(Countertransference Management Ability) on the Therapeutic Outcome. The research objects consisted of the total 364 members of the Korea Art Therapy Association, and they all had been sent to the research questionnaire through the e-mail, post-mail, or in person. And returned 126 answer sheets were used in the research, which some insufficient answer sheets were dismissed. In order to research the ability of therapist's conuntertransferencs, CFI which was notified by Choi(2002) was used, and to know the influence of counseling factor and the questionnaire which was created by Jung(1998) was used in this research. To sum up this answer sheet's outcome, First, there were obvious differences in the therapists by the Art Therapist's Therapeutic Experiences, the CMA. Second, in studying the influence of the therapist's experience and CMA on the outcome it is reported that out of the aspects related to personal experience, the frequency of the personal art therapist's experience has the most significant influence on the outcome, and CMA is shown to have more influences on the outcome than personal experience. From this, it is determined that the qualification of the therapist is of more importance than any other factor.
