The purpose of this study was to compare and analyse needs of general teachers and special teachers on inclusion for students with disabilities in elementary schools. To accomplish this purpose, the questionnaire developed base on previous studies and reviewed by experts were distributed, and 80 responses from general teachers and 78 responses from special teachers were evaluated for comparison. To compare the teachers's need, a t-test was conducted after estimating the mean value and standard deviation. P-value was set at .05 for analysis. The results of this study are as follows; First, the special teachers showed higher need than the general teacher for instructional strategy and instructional environment in the teachers who career of inclusive education are few. Second, the general teachers showed higher need for individualized education and the special teachers showed higher need than general teacher for instructional environment in the teachers who have no training for inclusion.Third, the teachers who teach the students with severe disabilities showed higher need for individualized education, instructional strategy and instructional environment than the teachers who teach the students with mild disabilities.
