"The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of parent's participation for transition process and ability of career decision in exceptional youths. In order to accomplish such purpose, the research were established as follows. First, parents' school participation and transition of youth with disabilities what is the relationship between career decision skills? Second, the degree of participation of parents and community transition of youth with disabilities what is the relationship between career decision skills? Third, the ability to determine the course of youth with disabilities in the school, parents, and community participation will depend on the conversion process are? Solve the problem of this study, this study enrolled in a U-City High School 71, and 29 patients eligible for special education majors and their parents were selected from 100 patients. The results of this study are as follows. First, school transition support activities, the conversion process through the participation of parents of youth with disabilities had a significant impact on career decision skills. Second, parents in the community to enforce the participation of the transition process for disabled youth had a significant effect on the ability of the career decision did not. Third, parental involvement in school transitions involved in the community about the conversion process more than the ability to determine the course of youth with disabilities have a significant effect.
