"The purpose of this study is to survey the difference in vocabulary comprehension special quality between children with intellectual disability and general child. In order to attain this purpose, the problem to be solved research question is as following. First, What is the difference in each part of speech between children with intellectual disabilities and children with general characteristics? Second, What is the difference in each language family between children with intellectual disabilities and children with general characteristics? Third, What is the difference in each phrases structure between children with intellectual disabilities and children with general characteristics? The results of this research were as follows. First, a part of speech comprehension is delayed in children with intellectual disabilities in the same chronological age than normal children, a little more than normal children has been developed in the same mental age. Second, a language family comprehension is delayed in children with intellectual disabilities in the same chronological age than normal children, a little more than normal children has been developed in the same mental age. Third, a phrases structure comprehension is delayed in children with intellectual disabilities in the same chronological age than normal children, a little more than normal children has been developed in the same mental age. As mentioned above, the vocabulary comprehension of children with intellectual disabilities the characteristics than normal children of the same chronological age was lower in the main factors causing low intelligence, but higher than normal children of the same mental age, because of the increasing age of the life experiences and social experience the same mental age, vocabulary, much richer because of the normal children and children with intellectual disabilities to which the appropriate vocabulary to find ways to education has become an important point.
